What happens after the 14-day trial?
You continue on free Starter unless you choose to upgrade. Starter lets you select 10 active students and make 2 active-student swaps each calendar month. Nothing is deleted.
What can I do with an Extended student on Starter?
You can view and edit their IEPs and past notes, and log notes manually. AI sessions and recording are available for your active students.
Can I buy Clinician Pro myself?
Yes. You can upgrade to Clinician Pro from Billing.
What happens if I run out of Jes voice minutes?
On paid plans you can add a 30-minute pack for $10 or a 60-minute pack for $15, or keep talking at $0.25 a minute. Included minutes reset on the 1st and don't roll over. Pack minutes last 12 months. Usage is counted by the second, and you get an alert at 80%. Starter pauses voice at 15 minutes until the next month.
How does Team pricing work?
Team covers 3 to 49 seats and is billed by invoice. It is $35 per seat a month for 3–9 seats and $30 per seat a month for 10–49 seats, with a minimum of 3 seats. Each seat adds 200 Jes voice minutes to a pool shared across the workspace. Teams of 50 or more seats are District, with custom pricing — contact hello@lumalayer.ai.
